Interesting Facts[]
- She ran Abuela’s, her family’s restaurant.
- Their townhome shared a wall with ChiChi, and they, along with some other townhomes, and the restaurant, the strip club where ChiChi worked, and some other businesses were all owned by Lopez Family LLC.
- Said ChiChi had no skill for cooking or for the restaurant business, but had other skills. She met Erin Albright and her priest planned to dedicate a mass to her.
- Her parents, the Delgatos, crossed the border into the States -- documentation vague on exactly when and where. All four of their children were born in the U.S., with the younger two, including Anna Maria, born in New York.[2]
- Abuela’s started as a food truck, then two food trucks. After she married Juan Lopez, they and their four kids helped run the food trucks -- now numbering three. Their four kids had kids, and about five years before ChiChi was born (34 years ago -- ~2027), they opened Abuela’s. Six years later (~2033), they bought the building.[2]
