Interesting Facts[]
- Married seven years.
- He and his wife had been planning how to leave the order - she joined because he was a member, but it didn’t reflect who they were now, their beliefs, their values. It paid the bills, so he had to find another job before they could leave. They couldn’t be in the order and know that if any or all of their children fell in love with someone who didn’t look like them or have the same gender, they would still be their world.
- They were not inside the circle and didn’t do a lot of socializing with other members. It was overlooked because they had four young children, but when Sasha started school in the fall she would be expected to attend a school approved by the order and begin weekly instructions on the tenets of the order. They won’t allow that. They were apprehensive but not afraid.
