He should not be confused with Billy, one of the crime scene techs for James County Sheriff’s Department, Spencerville, New Hampshire, called to Brookhollow Academy for Evelyn Samuels’s murder in Origin in Death[1] or Billy, the name a twelve year old pickpocket who Eve apprehended in Divided in Death went by; Dallas was able to convince the mark to not press charges since he got his stuff back.[2]

Interesting Facts[]
- Detective Carmichael was unable to restrain him, even with two uniforms helping.
- Was a little slow, and was fine until Carmichael separated the brothers.
- Swept the floors and washed the windows for Mr. Kolbecki at his little market on Washington.
- He and his brother found Kolbecki’s body when they reported for work that morning; Kolbecki had been robbed and beaten to death the previous night. He said there was blood all over and Mr. Kolbecki wouldn’t wake up. It made Jerry cry, and he told Billy he couldn’t look or touch.
- He was upset about the police taking his brother away; he thought they put him in a cage and were going to beat him up.
- Picked Eve up and shook her like a rag doll, telling her she’d be sorry if she hurt Jerry; she kicked him in the balls, which sent her airborne, landing on her ass. Her head rapped hard enough against the vending machine to see stars and also to receive the warning message.
- Eve suggested Billy buy a cream soda for Jerry, and an officer would bring it to his brother and then he could stay in Observation so he could watch Jerry.
