He should not be confused with Billy, the name a twelve year old pickpocket who Eve apprehended in Divided in Death used; Dallas was able to convince the mark to not press charges since he got his stuff back[1] or Billy, Jerry’s brother - they found Mr. Kolbecki’s body in Creation in Death; he had been robbed and beaten to death the previous night.[2]
