• After about five weeks he sent her white roses with a card saying how all good things had to end, and it had been lovely.

• After she lived with Davis on Avenue A, she headed back home for two years, and during that time she did two three-month stints at Inner Peace, which was billed as a lifestyle enhancement center, not rehab.
