Cassandra – We are loyal.[1] Named after the figure from Greek mythology, Cassandra and mentioned in Loyalty in Death, Judgment in Death, and Survivor in Death. It is a terrorist organization responsible for explosions around New York City, primarily targeting properties owned by Roarke. Cassandra states that it is interested in the toppling of corrupt governments, the overthrow of the greedy upper class, and the uprising of the masses.[2] Cassandra hired The Fixer to work on the Plaston explosives for them.[3] Of the materials used, ten pounds were included; one ounce would be powerful enough to take out a level of Cop Central.[4]
Heads of Cassandra: Clarissa Branson (aka Charlotte Rowan; James Rowan's daughter) and B. Donald Branson. After James Rowan was killed, William Jenkins Henson (Rowan's friend and campaign manager) took over her (Clarissa/Charlotte's) training.

Cassandra Electronics, Cassandra Unlimited, and Aries Manufacturing are subsidiaries of Mount Olympus Enterprises, a virtual front, a non-existent company.[10]
In Judgment in Death, it is revealed that Max Ricker donated more than ten million dollars to Cassandra; he claims he was shocked to the bone to find out about their terrorist activities, and told Eve she did the world a great service "by breaking open that ugly sphere" and destroying it. Ricker said he believed Cassandra was dedicated to insuring the safety and rights of the American public through paramilitary means, but legal ones.
When the organization was dismantled by authorities, it was suspected that not all participants or money had been apprehended.[11] Later evidence showed that Cassandra had used Roger Kirkendall, Isaac Clinton, and Jilly Isenberry as hired assassins.[11][12]
Cassandra is also mentioned in Delusion in Death (October/November, 2060).[13]
