He walked to the car with her, and as the droid drove them back uptown to her grandmother’s house, she handed Thaddeus the wine she’d already dosed. She drew him to her as the drug took him under.

Interesting Facts

• She and Thad sold their company, Data Point, to Roarke for twenty-two million dollars, with fifteen million going to Thad and seven going to her.
• She built the company but gifted Thaddeus the majority because of tax and estate purposes, according to Thaddeus. She didn’t realize he had used that majority to withdraw funds from the company, so they were forced to sell.
• They were married eleven years, together thirteen.
• She attended Women For Women meetings and remembered Leah Lester and Jasmine Quirk, although supposedly only knew their first names per group rules.
• According to Lester, she gave money to Una Ruzaki, whose husband smacked her around until she took off with her kid.
