- Her father went to school with DS Allo in the old neighborhood and was one of his oldest friends.
- According to Doctor Addams’s notes, Oberman expressed concern about Devin’s state of mind a few weeks before her death, citing the detective had difficulty focusing on her work, adhering to procedure, and took excessive personal time. She was seeing him twice a week for seven weeks until the time of her death.[3]
- She liked to sing and had a good alto. Her father taught her to fish and even though she didn’t really like it, she went with him because they liked the time together. She got together with her mother every week for girl time - lunch, dinner, a vid, the salon, shopping.[4]
