Homicide Information

• Murdered during an undercover operation: He and Detective Marcell were covering an undercover with Detective Freeman as a buyer. The dealer’s woman recognized Freeman as a cop, since he busted her for possession six months prior. The deal went south, with Strumb and the dealer ending up dead, and the muscle guy and the woman got away with the money and the product. Marcell killed the dealer, citing self-defense and defense of his partner since Strumb was down, but Webster thought he killed the dealer out of revenge for his partner. Three days later the muscle and the woman were found in a motel with split throats, no money, and no product, but he had a solid alibi of being with Oberman and Detectives Garnet and Freeman in the back room of a bar (presumably the Five-O Bar), holding a private wake for Strumb.
  • Stabbed to death in an alley while Marcell and Freeman walked away unharmed.
