• His body was found in a doorway off Canal Street when a street LC picked up a john who wanted a blow job. The transaction was cut short when they found the body, with the john taking off and the LC finding a beat droid to report the db to.
• The LC recognized the dealer and had seen him arguing with a local junkie about an hour before, when she came out of the flop she uses next door, but didn’t know the junkie’s name.
• Detective Carmichael and Detective Santiago caught the case and a couple of LCs shooting the shit mentioned Dobber as the junkie. The LC said he moved into the building where he was found a couple of months before.
• He was in his flop, flying high on the happy poppers he took off the dealer after he stabbed him in the throat. He still had the sticker, which he tried to use on Carmichael, but fell on his face.
