- Ned and his wife had four children (Roarke’s cousins) and, between them, they'd had five or six children of their own.[6] Connor, his oldest child, was named in Origin in Death.[5]
- Sinead and Robbie had three grown children (Roarke’s cousins) and, between them, there were five more children, with two more on the way.[4]
- Fergus, who lived in Ennis and worked for his wife's family’s restaurant business, may be married to Meghan.[8]
- He was married to Mary Katherine, whose sister was Ailish.
- Most of the family were farmers in Clare, Ireland.[7]
- Ned went to Dublin to try to find Roarke, after Siobhan disappeared, but was beaten half to death and left in an alley. He had a family of his own, they couldn’t find Roarke, and had to stop looking for him.[9]
