Interesting Facts[]
- Retired senator.[4]
- Roarke located two buried accounts for him, and one for his wife. While not necessarily illegal, they are politically unethical.
- Mandy spends close to a quarter million dollars annually on salon and spa visits and body and face work, and he’s not far behind in the area.
- He has made several poorly considered investments over the past two or three years.
- The Miras have memberships at very exclusive country clubs in each location of their homes.
- Graduated from Yale, where Dennis also attended. He got his law degree and went to work for a Sunnyside law firm, away from the Urban Wars conflict.
- He and Mandy were married at the Roarke Palace in a big, splashy wedding.
- He had a celtic symbol meaning brotherhood tattooed on his groin.[9]
- Charlotte Mira thinks he is a highly functional, highly intelligent, and highly successful sociopath who believed himself above the rules when it came to everything, certainly including relationships. He propositioned her once, shortly after she and Dennis were engaged. She thinks he only did that because she belonged to Dennis. They were at the Miras’s grandparents’ house and as she came out of the powder room, Edward backed her into the room, suggesting they should get to know each other better. He trapped her against the wall and as he moved in she put her knee on his groin and told him if he ever put his hands on her again she’d break them both off at the wrist. He backed off, laughing, and said he was just testing her for his cousin. She never told Dennis because it would have hurt him and caused a rift. She thinks he and Wymann were predators.[9]
- He, Frederick Betz, Marshall Easterday, Ethan MacNamee, William Stevenson, and Jonas Wymann all attended Yale at the same time and shared a group house. Another close friend was Senator Fordham, but they met in East Washington.[10]
