- The morning of Tiara’s murder, Estelle arrived and on finding security disengaged, informed building security (8:02 a.m.). She went upstairs for the dog, found Tiara, grabbed the dog, and called security again (8:09 a.m.). Mr. Tripps with building security responded.[4]
