Flatiron Building – Where Blair Bissel had his gallery in Divided in Death; he rented space on the top floor (Bissel Gallery). According to Peabody, the Flatiron Building was her favorite New York building and, in the year 2059, it is the oldest remaining skyscraper in the city.[1] Roarke partially owned the building - “It’s a conglomerate sort of thing.”[2] There were twenty-two floors and Bissel had a second workspace one story down under the name LeBiss Consultants, LeBiss being an anagram of Bissel; he stayed there after he faked his death.[3]
