- He threatened to break Adler’s screen the previous night if he didn’t turn down the volume of the vid he was watching at 2 a.m. - Adler was drunk again and the vid had a lot of shouting and crashing, and that was the third time he’d asked. Adler took a swing at him but missed and nearly fell over. He nearly punched Adler but didn’t.
- He’d called the police in the past but all they did was tell Adler to turn down the volume, which he did, and then he got drunk again and turned it up again.
