Interesting Facts[]
- She played the drums in her family band.
- She had a master’s in accounting and degrees in finance and business management.
- She’d worked for Singer full-time for six years and summers since she was seventeen.
- She was on parental leave until her daughter was two; at that time she and Justin will use hired child care.
- She knew Carmine Delgato was skimming, but she and her father, the CEO, had a disagreement about cracking down on the pilfering. Since she was out on parental leave, there were two acting CFOs, and they didn’t keep as close an eye on the numbers as Harmony did.
- When she started as CFO the lost/missing equipment and material percentage was three, and it was down to 1.75 when she took her leave, but she planned to push it down below 1% when she returned to work.
- She worked with her mother and Carmine’s wife, Angie, on an annual charity event to benefit her grandmother’s charity, Open Hearts, for the last five years, doing the numbers.
- She verified privately to Eve and Roarke that there were shortages on some of the projects Carmine worked as lead plumber. She had a talk with him, and it eased off some after that.
