Interesting Facts[]
- Mr. Hennessy, one of the neighbors, told Dallas there had been trouble down in the Finestein apartment; that Joseph was found dead in the kitchen.[3] Hetta told Joe she baked the pie for Mrs. Hennessy, across the hall.[5]
- She said she had been out playing her weekly game of mah-jongg and found Joe dead in the kitchen.[6]
- Up until a few years ago, they ran a bakery. Hetta still liked to bake and said she had quite a hand with pies and cakes.[7]
