The first person shot at the Madison Square Garden massacre (Reginald Mackie’s target). He was shot leaving the Mavis Freestone concert, along with many others - 18 dead, 84 injured.
He was the attorney Mackie hired to sue Brian T. Fine, the driver of the car that hit Susann Prinz Mackie and Officer Kevin Russo, the first on scene officer. after she was killed.
He may have been with a female, who was also killed.
Attended the concert with Aaron Taylor, who survived because he left by a different exit, closer to where he lived. They had Orchestra seats that he scored in November. They had been friends since high school and he boasted about going to the concert all over social media.^[2]
He and Taylor were both huge Avenue A fans (they opened for Mavis).^[2]
He did the legal work for Mackie pro bono, but they just didn’t have a case.^[2]
Willow came up to him two weeks after he told Mackie he couldn’t help him, after he tried to steer him into rehab and counseling, and told him how it was too bad he didn’t have a wife because somebody might give her a reason to run out into the street, maybe they would give him a reason, and she showed him a stunner.^[2]
