- ”JUDGE NOT, LEST YOU BE JUDGED” had been burned deeply into his chest.[1]
- Mercilessly beaten, the fingers of both his hands were broken; wounds around his wrists and ankles indicated he had been bound. He had been slowly strangled by a rope that was still around his neck.[1]
- David Palmer stated that Wainger died at midnight, December 24th.[3]
