Le Jardin – The uppity French restaurant Stephen Whitt used in Golden in Death for his alibi the night he dropped off a package containing a poisoned golden egg at a Global Post and Package kiosk, sent to Dr. Kent Abner the following morning to kill him. He took a client of the Whitt Group and her husband there. The hostess, Grace Levin, told Eve Mr. Whitt stepped out to use his ’link around ten, and was outside less than ten minutes. The evening maître d’, Jordan, escorted them to the table that night.[1]
