  • Melissa Kotter was meeting a man known as ‘Sebastian’ (Lucias) at Jean-Luc's, one of the most exclusive clubs in the city. Before she made it to the club, she fell, broke her arm, and saved her life.[10]
  • Disguises himself as Kevin’s lawyer and murders him; instead of being arrested, he commits suicide.[11]

  • Lucias thinks that his commanding Kevin is the only way they got anything done; they were both raised in wealth and privilege.[12]
  • They were ‘more than brothers’ and attended the same schools, and competed academically and socially all their lives. Though Lucias was the leader of the two, they both considered themselves beyond the common and ordinary rules that governed society.[13]
