- Ho came down with some recyclables, caught sight of Barry “Fist” Aimes’s body behind the recycler, and started screaming.
- She heard Ho screaming, poked her head out the window, saw the situation, and called 9-1-1.
- Her husband was a medical tech and had already left for work when the body was found. She had already taken the kids to school also.
- Her son worked at the restaurant on weekends and was studying to become a doctor.
- She worked until 10 the previous night, but the rest of the staff - the cleanup - would have clocked out around eleven. She thought she heard some people arguing in the alley, maybe around two.
