- She was in Maine visiting family during the first two murders (Nigel McEnroy and Thaddeus Pettigrew) and was with her roommate during Arlo Kagen’s murder.
- She was at a party right before Thanksgiving, with a lot of drinking and some illegals. She went into the bedroom to get her coat when she was ready to leave, and Gregory Sullivan and Devin Noonan, also grad students at NYU, came in behind her, locked the door, and took turns raping her.
- She didn’t report it and they told her she’d asked for it the way she’d rubbed up against Sullivan when they danced.
- She joined the group when she kept having nightmares.
- She hadn’t told her mother yet, but after she did she planned to file charges.
