Interesting Facts

• He had a cousin named Billy Johnson who worked at the parking facilities where Ernestine Macnamara’s van was kept.
  • Ernestine’s van had the same carpet that matched the fibers on found on Rachel Howard and Kenby Sulu. She used her van to transport other little old ladies to church on Sundays.
  • Billy’s uncle owned the parking facilities where he worked; when Eve asked him how much he made renting out vehicles, he said she had no proof. She sent him down to Cop Central for questioning and found he had no prior arrests as an adult and a couple of minor brushes as a juvenile.
  • Billy said someone comes by the parking facilities and requested a vehicle; Billy told them what he had available and for how long. The fee was stiff and they had to pay double up front. They got the deposit back when they returned the vehicle in good condition.
  • Billy described the man who took the van out on the nights of August eighth and tenth as a white guy, twenty-five or thirty. The guy was shorter than Billy (a little under six feet), dressed neat, and looked average. He was nice and polite.
