- His mother self-terminated shortly after his father died.

- His middle brother, Lyle, did time as a juvenile for theft and possession, the same as an adult, and belonged to the Bangers. He was out of prison for two years and had just completed rehab, clean and was no longer with the Bangers when he was murdered.
- His youngest brother was in law school at Columbia on scholarship.
