- He was conferenced in by ’link when Eve was interviewing Chief Garrett Wicker; Cher Reo also joined and they offered Wicker a plea bargain: a full confession, his permanent resignation from his current position as chief of police, and his sworn agreement to never pursue or hold another position in law enforcement (including prison guard, security guard, or crossing guard) or any position of authority plus serving ten years or they take it to court, adding his second wife’s testimony, the attempt on assaulting an officer (Eve), and everybody else he used excessive and/or unnecessary force on.
