• Fell thirty-six floors, from the Broadway View Hotel, shouting, “Ho, ho, ho,” until he hit the sidewalk and crushed Leo Jacobs, killing them both.
• They were having an office party at the Broadway View Hotel. After their bosses left, they broke out the alcohol and the illegals (including Exotica, Push, and Jazz). Ron Steiner said neither he nor Tubbs ever messed with Zeus.
• Right before he jumped out of the window, Tubbs shouted, “Merry Christmas to all, and to all a good night.” Then he dove out headfirst.

• Tubbs bought the drugs from Zero. He normally bought Push though his tox screen showed traces of Zeus.
