- Penny Soto said she was twelve the first time her father, Nick, raped her. He slapped her around and told her to keep her mouth shut about it and, if she did, he wouldn’t slap her around next time. He raped her for two years.[2]
Homicide Information[]
- Someone stabbed him fifty or sixty times when Penny was fourteen.[3] The police determined that it was an illegals deal that went bad and that there were two attackers.[4]
- After he was dead, he was sexually mutilated.[5]
- He was murdered by Lino Martinez and Penny Soto; from his murder, they earned their kill marks.[6]
