• She was the one to find the Carvers’ dead bodies when she went upstairs to wash their sheets, and called 9-1-1 to report it. She arrived at 10 but didn’t call 9-1-1 until 1323 (1:23 p.m.).
• Had been employed at that house for five years, but had worked for Miko’s mother since Miko was 10.
• Thought of Miko as her third child.
• Didn’t work the previous day because of the snow.
• She normally came in at 9, but Miko told her to come in late because of the snow.
