- Sal’s jogging partner, she was dressed in a powder blue tracksuit.
- Told Eve the Dukes went on a trip a couple of days ago (the day after Eve visited them); they loaded up the car with suitcases and Sylvia looked like she’d been crying.
- Called Dukes “the commandant” and said some people were just born sour.
- Nita used to walk her old cocker spaniel, Frankie, past the Dukes’s house twice a day.
