Kohli, Patsy - Professional mother
Appeared in Judgment in Death (April 2059)
Personal Information[]
- Description: A pretty woman, with smooth, ebony skin and a closely cropped thatch of black curls[1]
- Relationships: Taj Kohli (husband), Chad (son), Jilly (daughter), Carla (sister)[2]
- Address: Lived on the 4th floor[2]
- Occupation: Professional mother[2]
Story Information[]
- She asked Sergeant Clooney to call Carla when she found out her husband had been killed.[2]
- Said Taj would have never been working a second job at Purgatory if not for her; professional mother paid less than the job she left after Jilly was born.[2]
- She wasn’t concerned when he didn’t come home because he told her he would probably go into the station from the club, which was not uncommon for him.[2]
- Taj told her he was meeting someone after closing, but didn’t say who.[2]
- She could tell he was worried about something but he brushed it off when she asked him.[2]
- Eve re-interviewed her, but “was convinced the grieving widow had known nothing.”[3]
- Eve went back to update her when she knew Taj wasn’t corrupt, that he was a solid cop and went down in the line of duty.[1]
- She thought Eve had put money in Taj’s account to make it look like he was corrupt, but she couldn’t remember how she learned of that (“No one told me, exactly. It was just one of the things some people were saying in the heat of the moment.”)[1]
- Detective Vernon contacted her to assure her that the squad was behind Taj 100% and she shouldn’t let any of the trash coming out of Eve’s office concern her - it was all a setup.[1]
