• Mass murder
• For fifteen months between March of 2012 and May of 2013, he murdered seven police officers in the city of Chicago. He tried and failed to join the CPSD when he couldn’t pass the psych screen; he then joined a paramilitary group where he learned how to handle a long-range blaster.
• He liked rooftops and would wait for a police officer to come within range and kill him or her with a headshot. It took a fifty-man task force to take him down.
