- Waldo Remke’s sixteen year old daughter who lived with her parents above the deli her father owned.
- She had a 10 p.m. curfew and, the night Rachel Howard was put in the recycle bin, she had been out with a couple of her friends. She walked in right at ten as her parents were strict about curfew.
