Pale, almost translucent blue eyes framed by thick dark lashed and thin ebony eyebrows
Hair a brilliant ruby red, swept high off his forehead and temples and styled to tumble down the middle of his back (springy curls)
Skin, a dull gold sheen of mixed race^[1]

Born in New York
Parents divorced when he was twelve; mother was custodial parent. She committed suicide the prior Christmas^[2]
Double major in theater and cosmetology

MO – Appeared at the victim’s door dressed as Santa Claus, carrying a gift-wrapped package. When the victim opened the door to him, he tranq’d them, tied them to the bed, raped them, sodomized them, raped them again, and tied garland around their throat. He choked them to death, then decorated them with Natural Perfection cosmetics and a tattoo “My True Love”; the “ornaments” he left on the victims coincided with The Twelve Days of Christmas. He cleaned up and left.

- Cheryl Zapatta – (failed attempt as Cheryl thought it was a make-up attempt by boyfriend and wouldn’t open the door)
- Piper Hoffman – (Attack succeeded but murder failed)

Had no personal form of transportation and never took any vehicle pilot tests

His father relocated to Nexus Station nearly thirty years ago, and had a second wife, two kids, and grandchildren.
