Sleeper Village – This may be the same as, or related to, the “Sidewalk City” mentioned in Portrait in Death.[1] The Sleeper Village was located in the Bowery; it was where sidewalk sleepers Snooks, Gimp, and Jilessa Brown lived in their cribs in Conspiracy in Death.[2]
